Croissants
New City Magazine described them as being "as light and fluffy as clouds."
There's no secret here; we make them the old fashioned way, using 100% butter
and each one is rolled by hand. Available in plain, chocolate, almond, ham
and swiss, turkey and swiss and spinach with feta cheese. |

Danishes
We use the same flaky croissant dough but fill them with apple, cherry,
blueberry, apricot, cheese and pecan. Don't forget to try the traditional
brioche, pain aux raisins and chausson aux pommes. We also have some of the
biggest cinnamon rolls in town -- a perfect treat at the office or to enjoy on
those lazy Sunday mornings. |

favorites are available by the slice or you can preorder them whole. Varieties
